This is not just a waste of time and money it's completely inappropriate for the town. The town needs maintenance and more effort put in by HPBC to fill shops. All the planned homes and ridiculous car park plans will ruin the entire atmosphere of our lovely town. We have bars,cafes and restaurants already and this silly development will badly affect them. Please abandon this re development nightmare.
