Application is not in keeping with heritage architecture of Buxton. Application does not provide enough parking. Parking being provided too far from shops is not satisfactory. Application doesn't provide accomodation that is required by local residents and only serves a private landlord with multiple rental properties. Application doesn't consider reuse and improvement of existing buildings that are being left to slide into a state of disrepair. The planned alterations and disruption to the road will be severely detrimental to all residents and visitors to Buxton. In a town that relies on tourism to a large degree the whole proposal is a terrible idea and will not improve Buxton overall.
