The building materials and design of the project are not in keeping with the surrounding and existing buildings. The impact of the road network in the locality of this project will be unable deal with the increased volume of new vehicle movements. The influx of approximately 500 new residents in the Town centre would have a adverse effect on already stretched NHS facilities such as GP practices and Dentists.
