I feel that there has not been enough information given to the public regarding the impact of this development, I don't believe there is a provision for enough social, affordable housing and the amount allocated for parking is woefully inadequate which will have a detrimental effect on the town and local businesses. There are numerous vacant properties around Buxton that would benefit from money being invested in them rather than investing in new developments that don't appear to have been well thought out.
