I object to this Planning Application on the basis of excessive overdevelopment; insufficient infrastructure to support number of proposed new residents: totally inadequate parking proposed; detrimental to existing shops like Waitrose. The new parking plot purchased by council behind the railway is too far from store for people to carry their weekly shop. Impact on disabled parking spaces. Congestion on Station Road - already extremely heavy with frequent delays.
