Plans are not in keeping with the area, not enough affordable housing, too many rental properties with poor parking provision especially given buses and trains to the area are poor. Poor access to the shops for residents with alternative parking neither costed or has planning permission. The current shops cannot be filled so why do you think these will be. The additional pressure on already congested roads and dangerous junctions has not been considered. Please rethink this development and come up with something better.
