You are wasting money and ruining a Victorian town with your brutalist design which every other on the door step city town has. You haven't looked over Buxton, spent time here or listened to the people, you got a template cheap design and wish to drop it here. People come to Buxton for the heritage and Victorian beauty and while the shopping centre needs refreshing it needs to be thought about locally and in a non-money grabbing way. Get back to the drawing board with your plans and do something which Buxton will be proud to have.
