This represents a gross overdevelopment for a town of the size of Buxton. Consultation has been inadequate particularly given that the residential component of the project has increased in size since the consultation has ended. Parking is inadequate both for those occupying the residential component and existing Buxton residents. I refer you to the comments of M Hall councillor for Corbar Ward with whose comments I agree entirely
