Haviing looked at the plans, I am concerned regardin the entrance/exit to the car park, not only is this opposite McDonalds, the road is a very busy road and I can see issues with traffic backing up into the car park caused by cars turning right. Another concern is from the artist drawings, some of the building don't look in keeping with surrounding stone buildings around the site.
