I am concerned that there is not enough affordable housing or parking in the town centre (the proposed solution has not been given due consideration and investigation). Also the traffic management system for access - a more complex junction for access. There are many current buildings that are part of the town's heritage that need proper management i.e. housing above retail, preservation of character features. There is a lack of truthful consultation and transparency with the residents of Buxton.
