Far too many flats which I'm certain will not be affordable. Where are the shops? All I see are flats. If the developers think that you won't need a car living in what is a predominantly rural area and therefore we don't need more parking to accommodate this insane number of flats, they are exceptionally naive. I was looking forward to the regeneration of Buxton town centre but this isn't a regeneration - it seems to be very much a land grab and exactly what we DON'T need in the area
