Zero consideration for current residents. The investment will objectively make the town centre worse rather than better with less parking less shops and ugly city Centre buildings that are not in keeping with the town. There is also no reason to relocate the library which has ample parking and facilities. The proposed plan will make it harder for me to access the town centre facilities.
