The proposed buildings are ugly and so out of character with the rest of Buxton, it will overshadow the town's Georgian buildings. We need more shops, not residential properties that will be unaffordable to most locals. There won't be enough parking for the proposed residents, or for shoppers, forcing more cars on to already congested residential streets.
