I am concerned that the proposed plans will negatively affect our town. The plans show buildings that are not in keeping with the historic nature and architecture around Buxton. The adverse effects on current businesses and plans to mitigate closure of local businesses whilst building works take place have not fully been explained. The lack of parking and the number of dwellings proposed worries me. I am also concerned about the access to the development from an already busy road. I don't think this development is being done with love and care for the community it is meant to serve. I think the whole thing needs to be scrapped and back to the drawing board.
