In my opinion this scheme is exactly like a 1970's concrete block design. Hated then to now. This development is fundamentaly changing the nature & history of this beautiful Spa Town. It will kill the town - shopping - tourism. There will be no parking. 300 rental apartment will be filled with undesirables. It's absolutely atrocious that this has gone this far and obviously for financial gain by all companies involved.
