I base my objections on density of the building scheme which far exceeds the original proposal. This has a huge impact on parking and the current businesses in the area. Such a large scheme will create noise disruption impacting on the Maccarthy and Stone sheltered housing development nearby. Further the traffic problems that will result both during construction and as a result of such a large residential area will be enormous, again impacting on current business users. I also object to the way the scheme has been presented with so many documents and this obfuscation causes lack of transparency of process .
