This proposed development will be detrimental to the residents of Buxton. We need the car parks, flats on the biggest one will cause traffic disruption . Removing the disabled bays at the back of Waitrose will be a total disaster. They are needed where they are. The flats also aren't needed on the proposed site, put them somewhere else. The main concern is that the people of Buxton won't be able to afford them! The whole design needs rethinking! Don't turn Buxton into a version of Manchester. Nobody wants this. Just spend the money on doing up the market place and spring gardens with it's existing shops.
