The original leaflet and visable images of the plan did not contain the number of dwellings, affordable housing units and the fact that car parking will be heavily reduced. The whole project seems to have been designed to make local people believe that the area in question would be modernised with better facilities, however as time has gone on this project is more of a land grab for non affordable housing with little regard to the effects on the community, retail, parking and traffic increase
