As a local resident, I'm concerned of multiple factors.... 1 - Reduced parking in an area where parking is already challenging, and the impact that will have on daily tasks such as shopping, childcare, doctors visits, etc. .... 2 - The impact point 1 will have on tourism and shops.... 3 - The fact that the pictures shared, of the planned development, are NOT in keepng with the towns heritage or architecture.... 4 - The housing being built, is clearly commercial venture, not for the benefit of the town in terms of affordable purchases.... 5 - Local consensus is that we need more services and entertainment for children and teens, not more cafes/bars/retail. ...
