I don't think we need residential property in the plan,a good majority of the people in this town don't work in Buxton and cant rely on the inadequate public transport so commute by car and dont need to live in the centre, the local people who need to drive to collect goods from the shops especially the elderly need to park in this area, we don't all have a blue badge but can't carry heavy shopping as far as the new proposed car park which will not big big enough anyway
