Limited accessible parking for shoppers in the planning application - I use the carpark at the Springs to go shopping at Waitrose, Next and New Look. I don't live in Buxton but shopping at these three retailers are the reason I visit this town. I have arthritis and cannot walk very far so the carpark and its proximity to those stores are the main reason I visit there. I'm afraid if you shut Next and New Look and transfer parking to the station area I will no longer be visiting Buxton or going to that Waitrose. It was a severe blow when you lost M&S from that shopping centre, it would be a terrible shame if you lost these other outlets. It seems to me that decisions about this retail complex are being made by people who never actually use them and do not understand the needs of the local community.
