New residents will have vehicles though it is stated that 50% will not. Are these 50% children? The New residents will need doctors, dentist, hospitals and schools. There isn't enough for the residents now. NHS are withdrawing services from Buxton hospital and the Health Centre is not going ahead. Buxton is short of retailers - if you build it WILL THEY COME? Please keep residents parking.
