The only concern I have to all this is the parking matter as all be it once the other land is purchased and provides near enough the same amount in total of the spaces currently. But the multi story which shoppers will likely want to use will be full of residents cars from the new accommodations. The other things missing off this is improving the NHS services to cope with all these new properties by capital & centric and the other housing firms
