I do think there are elements of this proposal that are nice, however this is a historic spa town and any build should be sympathetic to this. The new frontage of the high street and the long renervation of the crescent is the type of project expected. I appreciate that the springs wasnt built in that theme but we can make it look so much nicer than a moden high rise appartment block. The town needs the parking, or even less people will visit the high street. Please consider the historic value of the town and build something that enhances that heritage.
