I was all for this at first submission but now I'm not. It's basically just lots of rentals and hardly any partying and I think it will put visitors off massively. It's an eye sore and it's not in keeping with the town. Far too many dwellings and not enough infrastructure to cope with it. To me, it brings nothing and it's expensive too.
