Having followed the original plans and having now seen the more detailed plans available through a Fb site, I really like the flow of vegetation and gardening themes throughout the proposal. I believe most town centers need to modernize in not just providing retail units but a mix of places to live alongside as more and more people shop online. I would like to see some of housing provided for social housing run by the council. For elderly and blue badge holders better access to the supermarket maybe needed? I wasn't sure how they access the area. Overall I am very excited about the proposal.
