My main concern is the number of rental properties being proposed. Also the area that they are to be built in. I understand that this would substantially reduce the number of parking spaces available. It can already be difficult to find a space on some days. I am also concerned about the local services, doctors, schools and hospitals. I know I'm far from alone in finding it almost impossible to get an appointment. Building some 100's of new properties, with several hundred new residents will only make matters worse.
