I object to this planning application for the following reasons: Too many residential units (over 300 units not the 100 originally suggested). Too little parking spaces. The shops needed to regenerate the high street will not take on the shop units if their customers do not have parking spaces nearby. Most shopping centres provide adequate parking. Inappropriate design and building materials to be used which are not in keeping with Buxtons heritage buildings.
