The planning application if approved would ruin the authentic nature if the town. This is a old roman spa town.the plans are identical to all other plans for other city and town development. They atr not in keeping the the town and will cause the town to lose its appeal. There also a massive lack of parking a infrastructure for the massive growth on population you are proposing, why not build schools. A Hospital, dentists. Doctors, community needs.
