Loss of parking spaces will have a detrimental effect on the town businesses and surrounding residential streets. Local businesses are at risk if parking is in short supply. It is a risk that waitose will move away from the town centre if parking is moved further away, this is not ethical. There are no affordable properties to rent or to buy. This proposal is not in keeping with the surrounding buildings.
