The current proposal differs significantly from that previously shared. I am not opposed to the provision of residential units in the Spring Gardens area but the new plan is for far too many. There will be massive disruption and probable ruination of trade for the retailers we currently have. It seems to reflect sheer greed on the part of the development company though their representatives previously seemed very responsive to the concerns and interests of Buxton residents.
