I feel it is not inkeeping with the Town, there is no infrastructure to cater for the extra volume of people, the local shops are empty as it is and this project won't bring anymore prosperity to the town, the money would be better spent on upgrading the existing facilities and road works, parking and the entrance to the town especially Bakewell Road
