I strongly object to the planning HPK/2026/0228. The amount of flats you are planning on building is very high, how can you possibly have a big enough car park for shoppers, visitors, and all the tennants not to mention car park spaces for the disabled. The building isn't in keeping with Buxton's architecture of Georgian and Victorian. The buildings are 5 stories high which will stand out like a sore thumb! It might suit Manchester and Stockport but not Buxton! I also think it will draw attention to more undesirables which will cause an increase in crime. Disabled and elderly people will find it difficult to get access to all the amenities especially climbing all the steps! I'm not against making Buxton a better place but I'm against a high percentage of the plans
