I don't think that the proposed building fits well with the architecture and feel of Buxton Spa town. I also have huge concerns as a disabled person about the reduction of all parking in Buxton Center. There is much less parking for the shops and their employees that can cause conflict. I am also concerned about the increase of number of dwelling in the middle of Buxton from the original number proposed by the government and now seems to be puttng far more units just to make as much money as possible and what ever the outcome to existing residents quality of life is not important.
