I think this is all wrong for our town there's so many empty shops now if you look u ther are dozens of massive flats above the shops spend money on our old buildings instead of the eyesore you have planned , buxton is a spa town wich needs help but not like your planning , since shopping precinct was built it's never been full not once the rents are so high the same in cavendish arcade people don't have tha money in buxton for fancy stuff why can't you reduce rent and encourage small business to come in the town why build all those houses when ther is a white elephant near station n the hall of residence has never been full (waste of money why don't you listen to the people buxton
