This application should be refused. The town does not need more people living there. Services are limited and being cut for the people who are already living there. Bringing over spill from Manchester to the town will cause increase in crime and many other problems. There is already a shortage of doctors and school places for people who have bought houses that already exist. The people in the area who already live there don't want this.
