I would like to object to this planning application on the grounds of inadequate parking facilities offered and over population of the town centre. Buxton thrives on visitors to the town and parking is already stretched beyond capacity. Add over 300 dwellings of which the planning application states 50% will have cars. This is an untrue statement. I believe, that I and the residents of Buxton have not been informed of truthful facts by the developer of this major change to the town centre with accurate information provided.
