Further to previous comments: while the proposed parking but the station in addition to parking retained on site total more spaces than now, what about the spaces which will be used by those living in the new flats? At 1-2 cars per property, this does not leave much for shoppers/visitors. Additionally, the proposed architecture is not in keeping with Buxton, in particular use of non-traditional materials.
