Matthew Mellor Comments: I am optimistic and support this planning application. It is good to see a plan building towards a better future instead of stunting new growth. I believe this will greatly benefit the younger generation with new accommodation and new jobs that are built to last. My only concern is during construction; I believe it would be best to keep as much of the car parks open as reasonable.
