As the proposed plan has changed substantially from that originally proposed I OBJECT to the latest scheme on the following grounds 1/ The latest scheme is skewed towards residential development and away from much needed town centre regeneration to attract more visits by residents & tourists 2/ Reduction in parking provision will reduce incentives to support town centre facilities by locals & visitors. 3/ Changes in proposed building materials and reduction in green spaces will result in a less welcoming environment not representative of the towns character further impacting negatively on visitor numbers and likely to contribute further to the degeneration of the town centre, its businesses and wider community benefit
