I object to the Planning Application on the basis that: - the proposed buildings are not in keeping with the existing architecture of Buxton, resulting in a loss of the individual charm of the town - there will be a significant loss of valuable public car parking which is already limited - the cost of the proposed plans versus the supposed benefit to be gained is not realised - these plans will cause a huge amount of disruption to local businesses and residents - the needs of local residents are not being considered - the plans are purely a money making opportunity for the developers who are not resident in the area
