in relation to this proposed development, I fully endorse BCA's position. While the Association supports appropriate, high-quality development that benefits Buxton and recognises the importance of investment in the town, it does not believe the current Capital & Centric proposals represent the right scheme for the proposed site. I also endorse BCA's request that the application should be referred to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) for further scrutiny.
