I strongly object. Buxton is a historical tourist town this development will destroy this. The appearance and materials used are completely out of character for Buxton and are more suited to a city like Stoke on trent or Manchester. The large amount of new residential flats is over development in the centre of Buxton. It will put strain on the local road infrastructure this area is very often gridlocked. The lack of parking local doctors, schools and no hospital provide no ammenties for these residents. This development will cause years of disruption to the town centre and will destroy many other businesses. Many of our retail units such as Next and New look will be demolished limiting the already lack of shops in Buxton. The large amounts of steps make this development unsuitable for disabled, elderly and people with young families. I strongly oppose this . Please listen to the people of Buxton who live and care for the future of Buxton
