I wish to object to the proposed development of Springs retail units. Which I believe will have a detrimental effect on the town centre. There is no fac ilities for the existing major retailers such as Next Retail to continue to trade! After providing service in the town for 37 years there appears to be no consideration for them! I agree there is a need for independent retailers but major retailers employ more local people and encourage visitors to the town too!
