The proposal does not include adequate parking which will negatively mpact retail and surrounding residential areas. Buxton is a heritage town and this proposal is unsympathetic to its historic buildings . The historic nature of the town attracts tourists and cultural events, which will be adversely affected if this proposal goes ahead.
