My main concern is losing the car parking not enough for car parking for each dwelling also if their is going to be offices as well has been proposed that it has gone from 75 flats to over 250 single flat also are they rental or affordable apartments for what I can see the new building does not fit in with Buxton when their is so many properties in Buxton market street St John's Road that could be reused to name a few I can not see the sense in knocking part of springs for this venture it will not enhance the town centre in anyway it will be more of a reason to keep away
