This development does not fit in with the existing properties in central Buxton it stands out like a sore thumb, no architecture on it has no resemblance to existing historical buildings. Too many residential buildings which is not practical for a tourist town centre there is insufficient parking, amenities schools doctors hospital. Existing builds in Buxton are still building properties which are ongoing so why be building more. Not enough retail properties or tourist attractions being built in this development, no entertainment venues, totally inappropriate for a small tourist town
