I am very concerned about this planning application for a number of reasons. Parking- I am concerned that the number of dwellings has increased and therefore the demand for parking. Materials and height of buildings- does not appear to be natural stone and higher than expected which will not tone in well with the local area. Lack of local services eg GP, local hospital services to cope with increased housing. Lack of trees/ green spaces in the application
